The Manager allows you to manually import the following device updates from the file system if your Manager deployment has no access to internet.
- Device software (.jar)
- Signature set (.ivu or .jar)
- Callback detectors (.zip)
- Gateway antimalware updates (.upd)

Select
Manager → <Admin Domain Name> → Trellix IPS Protection Status. Then, select
Manual Import tab. The
Manual Import tab is displayed.

Click
Browse and choose the file on your system or a network location and click
Import.
Later, do a configuration update for the corresponding Sensors.The Manager audits the import process. The success or failure can be verified in the audit messages.
