Obtain the Trellix Wise for Private Cloud image based on your deployment environment.
Online environment
For an online deployment, use the onboarding email to access the FENET portal and obtain the required image. For public cloud deployments, the image can also be made available directly in the supported cloud environment.
Obtain the image from FENET
Open the onboarding email from Trellix.
Select the OVA image link provided in the email.
Sign in using your FENET credentials.
Identify the the required Wise model.
Obtain the image for the deployment environment.
Obtain the image in a public cloud environment
For AWS, Azure, or GCP, the required Trellix Wise for Private Cloud image can be made available directly in the cloud environment. For details, see the Trellix Knowledge base article, Cloud Image Delivery User Guide - KB000002886.
Use the corresponding deployment procedure to locate and launch the image:
Offline environment
For an offline deployment, you can obtain the Trellix Wise for Private Cloud image using one of the following methods.
Download the image from the FENET landing page. For details, see Obtain the image from FENET.
Download the image from the Offline Licensing Portal (OLP). For details, see Deploy Trellix Wise for Private Cloud in an offline environment.
