After you activate your Trellix account, review the onboarding emails and keep the following information available for deployment:
Trellix Wise™ for Private Cloud product information — Identifies the subscribed Trellix Wise™ for Private Cloud model. For Wise model details, see System requirements.
OVA link — Provides the download link for the Trellix Wise™ for Private Cloud appliance image associated with your subscription in your onboarding email. Each purchased product has its corresponding appliance image link. Use DTI credentials to download the OVA file from the FENET portal.
License keys — Used to license the appliance.
Appliance activation code — Used to activate the Trellix Wise™ for Private Cloud appliance.
Image password — Used to extract the appliance image if the downloaded image is provided as a password-protected ZIP file.
DTI credentials — You receive the DTI username in your onboarding email and the password in the different email. Use these credentials to log in to the FENET portal and download the OVA file.
Note: If you are logging in for the first time, make sure to set up your DTI account to download the OVA file.
