Packets getting dropped or network latency issues

Troubleshoot the issue by performing the following steps:

Force the Sensor into Bypass mode from the web interface:
1. Log in to the web interface.
2. Go to the Bypass page.
3. In the Bypass page, set HB active mode to OFF.
4. Set Active Bypass to Bypass mode.
5. Click Apply.
Monitor the network traffic. If the issue persists, troubleshoot the Network in your environment to resolve the issue.
If the issue does not persist, go to the next step.
In the Bypass page, set HB active mode to ON.
Put the Sensor in layer 2 mode using the layer2 mode assert command from the Sensor CLI.
Monitor the network traffic. If the issue does not persist, issue is with the Sensor.
