If you have forgotten the username and/or password and do not know the correct password in the login prompt, you can reset the password.
On the 100G Active Fail-Open chassis, press the M1 and M2 buttons at the same time for >= 10 seconds to set the username and password to factory defaults.
The default username and password are Trellix00.
The device parameters will be set to default factory parameters. You need to reconfigure the IP/Mask/Gateway for SSH and Web GUI Connectivity.
