Viewing the context service status using the Web UI

To determine whether the context service is enabled or disabled, check the status of the Enable Context Service checkbox.

Prerequisites

Admin access to the SmartVision appliance.

To enable or disable context service:

Log in to the appliance Web UI and select Settings > SmartVision Configuration.
Click SmartVision Alerts Configuration.
View the Enable Context Service checkbox.
