Enabling and disabling context service using the Web UI

Use the Enable Context Service checkbox to enable or disable the context service.

Prerequisites

Admin access to the SmartVision appliance.

To enable or disable context service:

Log in to the appliance Web UI and select Settings > SmartVision Configuration.
Click SmartVision Alerts Configuration.
Select or clear the Enable Context Service checkbox.
