Make sure the following prerequisites are met before migrating endpoints, Removable Media recovery events and device events to ePO - SaaS.
The ePO - SaaS migration extension 5.10.0.1630 or later is installed.
The Cloud Bridge extension 2.2.0.99 or later is installed and linked to a ePO - SaaS tenant. For more information, see Configure Trellix ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge.
Trellix FRP service URLs are allowed through the firewall. For more information, see 000014575.
The remote command for the Trellix FRP service URL is successfully executed. For more information, see 000014575.
Trellix ePO - On-prem extensions and endpoints are upgraded to on-premises Trellix FRP 5.5.0 or later.
Link to your ePO - SaaS account.
On the ePO - On-prem console, select ePO - SaaS migration, then navigate to Configure ePO - SaaS Account.
Enter the username and password, then click Link to ePO - SaaS Account.
System or User Based Policy Assignment Rules involving Trellix FRP policies do not migrate during Trellix FRP endpoint migration.
To find Policy Assignment Rules associated with Trellix FRP, navigate to ePO - On-prem → Menu → Policy Assignment Rules.
On the Policy Assignment Rules page, click Show Filter Options.
In the Filter List By Product, select File and removal Media Protection 5.5.0.
