Plug the Trellix ESM in and turn it on.

  1. Install and ground the equipment in compliance with national, state, and local codes.

  2. Connect each Trellix ESM to a separate uninterruptible power supply (UPS).

    Important

    Connecting redundant power cords and power modules operating at normal conditions balances the load share, resulting in a more reliable power system.

  3. Power on the appliance.
