Widget | Description |

Open Alerts | The number of open alerts, critical open alerts, and alerts that are more than 24 hours old. |
Alerts Assigned to Me | The number of alerts assigned to you. Click an alert name for more information, and to take action on the alert. |
Open cases | The number of open cases, days since the first case was opened, and cases created today. |
Cases assigned to Me | The number of cases assigned to you. Click a case name for more information, and to take action on the case. |
Unassigned Alerts | The number of unassigned alerts, critical unassigned alerts, and unassigned alerts that are more than 24 hours old. |
